Clear policies for how LifecycleRevenue handles privacy, payments, client responsibilities, and service terms.
Effective Date: February 1, 2025
LifecycleRevenue (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you depending on where you live.
We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to improve site performance, understand visitor behavior, and support marketing efforts. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers such as hosting platforms, analytics tools, email systems, CRM tools, payment processors, and other vendors needed to operate our business and deliver services.
LifecycleRevenue is based in the United States. If you access our website or services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of your personal data. These rights may apply under privacy laws including GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.
We retain personal data only as long as needed for business, legal, tax, operational, or service delivery purposes, then delete or anonymize it when appropriate.
Our services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.
By accessing our website, purchasing services, or working with LifecycleRevenue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you purchase services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
LifecycleRevenue provides lifecycle marketing strategy, customer journey planning, CRM and messaging support, email, SMS, push, in-app strategy, segmentation, testing, reporting, and related consulting services. Scope and deliverables are defined by the applicable checkout page, proposal, order form, or written agreement.
Deliverables include the number of revisions, campaigns, touchpoints, strategic initiatives, or support items stated in the applicable checkout page, proposal, or order form. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Fees for one-time projects, add-ons, and monthly services are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Due to the strategic, consulting, and digital nature of our services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Due to the strategic, consulting, and capacity-based nature of one-time engagements, Foundation purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed and your project spot has been reserved.
If LifecycleRevenue is unable to begin the engagement, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
Monthly engagements may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing and does not refund work already completed, strategic sessions already delivered, or services already rendered.
Our services may involve strategy or implementation across third-party platforms such as CRM, email, SMS, analytics, payment, or customer engagement tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, pricing, functionality, and availability.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. If we process personal data on your behalf, a Data Processing Addendum or similar agreement may apply where required.
LifecycleRevenue retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, methodologies, templates, systems, strategic processes, and know-how developed before or outside the engagement. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use final deliverables for their internal business operations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree not to use our services to send unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, or unsolicited communications, or to violate laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy rules, SMS carrier rules, or other applicable regulations.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While our work is designed to improve customer engagement, retention, and business performance, LifecycleRevenue does not guarantee specific revenue, conversion, ranking, deliverability, or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. LifecycleRevenue’s total liability arising from or related to services is limited to the fees paid to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold LifecycleRevenue harmless from claims arising from your content, data, unlawful use, platform violations, or breach of these Terms.
Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including platform outages, payment processor disruptions, natural disasters, internet failures, labor disputes, government actions, or other unexpected events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, checkout terms, proposals, order forms, and any written statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between both parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
